Life at IRFC
As the one and only Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) dedicated to the development of Railways, IRFC has already carved out its distinct identity in the domestic as well as global financial market. Currently, IRFC enjoys the corporate status as a Schedule ‘A’ Company, with an asset size of around INR 4.50 Lakh Crores. This has been made possible with the tireless efforts of a small group of highly dedicated and committed professionals- a rare mix of Civil servants, CAs, MBAs, ICWAs, CFAs, and Engineers, who are committed to the steady growth and success of the company in contributing to the nation building activities.
Though only Thirty Seven in number as on 31.03.2022, we are a true representation of ‘Unity in Diversity’, as we hail from different parts of the country. Incidentally, our number is our strength, as we strive to contribute our best, be it in professional sphere of work or extracurricular activities. Being part of a cohesive group, we not only take pride in celebrating corporate events & festive occasions together but also help each other in overcoming challenges, both on professional and personal fronts.
Out of the many events that we organize together, annual offsite trips with families make us more fulfilled.
